Baby hippo!!!

How lovely the baby is!!!

Monifa was born about three weeks ago and weighs six kilograms.
The endangered hippos come from the lowland tropical forests of western Africa.
Senior zoo keeper Renae Zammit says the birth of Monifa is extremely important.
"There's less than 3,000 of them in the wild. Their population is declining all the time with wars and deforestation, pollution and all that sort of stuff," she said.

You can see video from HERE.

Oi!

I hate discrimination!!!

8 November 2008

very very important.

I was forgot about this for long time.

One author reminds me this.

"On ne voit pas bien qu'avec le cœur, l'essentiel est invisible pour les yeux."

which means

(One cannot see well except with the heart, the essential is invisible to the eyes)

This book was one of the first books from parents.

I couldn't understand that story and it was very boring to me.

(I guess I was too young to read this book.)

And now, I can tell this is not boring therefore we (I) should read every months.

SooooOOOOOOO cute!!!

I've just recieved a this photo from my teacher.
I reckon she knows I love PANDA very much☆

In addition, I love most of animals except a few.

These days I'm quite busy to prepare to going back to Japan,
also studying aswell.

Therefore, my free study hours will finish in this term, so I have to move on to next step.
It is sad....,however I'm going to  study in the same building which is excellent!
I can visit those brilliant teachers anytime unless they refuse me.
(Should I buy a cup of coffee for all teachers to remenber me???)

1 November 2008

OKAERI~~~

She's back!!!

When I was studying Children's Services... Wow it was almost two years ago. There were only four Japanese students in my class. We spend most of time together in the school and outside of school.

In fact, two of us got married with Australian nice (?) guys. Other two girls went back to Japan last year. Surprisingly all four of us had Australian & American boyfriends at that time.

Yes! Yes! I know that almost Japanese girls come to here to find a European boyfriend or husband except us. (Ha-ha) Actually it is not easy to find a European boyfriend or husband in here. I heard a lot of Japanese girl talking about how to get one at Cafe, school and everywhere.  I think almost my friends who has got married with those guys were not looking for a boyfriend or they gave up to find one, after they decided going back to Japan they found one and got married.

 Is it interesting???

Anyway another class mate came back to do De fact with her boyfriend. Now, three of us in here and reunion to say complain about own partner.

This photo is a gift from this girl. She brought this from Japan for our Wedding gift! It is soooooooooooooo cute!!! I love this!!!  ( I know this is too cute for me.  ) Thanx T2.

70cents

I started sell my stuff at markets in Perth.

I have done this last year at Melville, and I am doing at Belmont this year.

Last week, it wasn't toooooooooo bad. Because I could earn a little bit.

Then this week, it was disaster.

I only could get 70cents after I paid fee for rent the space.

Main problem is my stuff and friend's one is too small for Australian people to wear.

I set up the price from 10cents to 10 dollars, even though they do not buy anything.

Mostly Asian people buy our stuff, but still not much.

In fact, I do not care much about money now.

I wanted make some money from this, and I was expecting it.

Now, I am enjoying meeting people at there to talk.

In addition I made a few friends at there who come every week for sell stuff or buy it.

Some people are Migrant like me, some people are Australian.

They are very friendly to me and I found a lot of people come to market to talk.

On the other hand I also found there is obvious discrimination all the time.

Last Sunday, my both neighbors were Migrant.

One was unknown nationality, hard to talk with him but I heard what he said to customers.

Other one was from Holland and he is 80 years old.

Unknown nationality seller gave cheaper price to Australian or Caucasian customers than dark skin and Asian customers.

It wan not only few dollars difference, it was more than 20 dollars gap between them.

The other seller from Holland, he actually immigrated to here when he was 22 years old.

He said to me that he hates Chinese, African and Arabic people.

I was very confused and upset from his opinion.

I am studying with those people and I know those people's background more than him.

Therefore I like to talk to them very much.

Mainly I do not understand that both sellers also migrant, how they can hate those people, why they treat those people differently.

It made me very upset and confused a lot.

Anyway I found something important and interesting for me, although only could earn 70 cents that day.

P.S  A yacht and an Eiffel tower are gift from a holland guy.

I bought a E.T toy last week, YES!!! I am collecting E.T as well!!!

We went to the ....I can't remember the name where we went to ...

But all students did some activities at there and I did this,

It called "Flying Fox".

I've never done this before and my class mate wanted to do.

So I thought this is a good opprtunity to do something different from everyday.
The first jump was ... very scary. Maybe we had to jump from 4m high from ground.

But onece we done, it wasn't hard to jump anymore.
Actually it was a fun!!!!
I could do upside down as well.
Ooops I have to finish now.

I came back to computer class today to do...something new.
I really like this class, but this time seems like less people than last class.

And very very quiet...
Anyway all students (inc, me) are having fun with Louisa who is a computer teacher.
We made a web page today.
And we'll do publisher in next two weeks which I wanted to again.

So I'll come back here and disturb ither people.(Definitely I'm not helping them.)

Thank you Louisa to let me in this class again!

Finally

I went to the Perth Zoo last Thursday.
And I could meet Sun bear cub!!!

She is around 5months old and sooooooo active and cute.
She tried to play with her mum, climbing tree or eats bamboo…
I reckon she is enjoying her life with mum at the zoo.
She and her mother came to close to the window, so we could see very very near us.
Mum played with ball couple times, the baby played with…wood?
I think we were so lucky to be there that day.
(Sorry guys!)

We got to the Zoo just before 12pm and stayed until 5pm.

The weather was brilliant and I think all animals are having lovely time with their partners.
All animals and flowers tell us the spring has come!

I think I must go there every month to see the Sun bear cub☆

Origami practice

I am going to do Origami in my class on next Tuesday.
I have to make a instruction for this, and this is a one of test in this term.

But it is not easy to choose which one is the best or easy for everyone to try.

Actually I made a few stuff at home, and shown to friend and Phil. Both said same thing for same Origami crafts which I made. This is very interesting, between Eropian and Japanese we have different sight.(Of course, if everyone think same way for everything this is bloody boring.)I thought Frog was fun for people, but they think others are more interesting to make.

Anyway I'm trying translate this instraction from Japanese to English.
Also some surprise too.
I hope they will enjoy my "Origami class".

By the way I made "Indian Souseki" with a Japanese 1000yen note.

Wow

Surprise! I didn't know Louisa shown this blog in the new class.

It was good surprise and now....

I think I'll continue to write this blog (hopefully) onece a week.

Anyway I've just found a blog which tells us something about Sun bear.

If you are interested in animals, this is the truth what really happen with Sun bear.

And Sun bear is almost same size as me.( I meant hight! NOT weight!!!)

If you could found me at school, please let me know.

I'll give you a prise....(I'm thinking some grammar books*)

29 June 2008

This is the last day

for computer class.

I really liked this class, especially the teacher.

SHe is very energetic and funny.

I wish I had more time to spend for special class.

If I have time to do this class, I will take this class one more time!

Thank you! Louisa!!!

Sun Bear Cub!!!

Perth Zoo has unveiled a precious new addition and an Australian first - a rare Sun Bear cub.
Images of the cub, the first Sun Bear born in Australia, have been captured as the youngster named Maly (pronounced mahlee) begins a tentative and gradual emergence from her den.
Environment Minister David Templeman said Maly – a Cambodian name for blossom - weighed just 406 grams when she was born 13 weeks ago and had remained tucked away in a birthing den with first time mum, Bopha, for the first three months of her life.

25 June 2008

Holiday!

We are going to have school holiday soon.

But I'm a little bit worry about English.

I'm very easy to forget what I learnt.

How can I keep study English at home???

NO WAY!!!!

Holiday is holiday,I should enjoy myself.

But if you know how to study English at home during holiday,

please let me know and push me to do it!!!

Conditional

I learnt 'comditional' today.

I totally lost in the middle of class.

Then I did some homework at home, I think I understood now.

But I don't think I can use it a lot.

My class mate said they use 'conditional' a lot in a writing and conversations.

But... I don't think I used this a lot with mine.

If I have used conditional a lot, my English would have been better than now.

22 June 2008

Tests

We're having tests since last week.

Fortunately I passed four tests so far, and I'll have one more in this week.

That will be a my last test in this term.

But it is "Writing test" which I don't like most.

And I realized that no one can collect my mistakes in this page...

So I've never found my mistakes.(haha)

But I don't want to tell anyone about this site.

I know it is toooooo late for my class mates.

Anyway I shall go. I am bloddy hungry★

15 June 2008
